Can you apply swat for horses on a dog?

my dog got knicked with a razor at the groomers the other day.she opened up the scab while scratching, and keeps opening it up. i use swat pretty frequently but mine doesnt have a label on it any more. i was wondering if you can apply swat on a dog. also, my dog is a cocker spaniel and the knick is right under her ear... on her face. is there anything i can do t help keep it clean? she freaks out if i try and put her ear up t let it air out because it pulls the skin on her face. help please?
