Would a border collie suit my lifestyle?

Ok. I have two other dogs. My little brothers and my dads. A beagle and a small black and tan. (she's only 19" and almost a year old) they both do awesome with other dogs. I've never known either to even growl at another dog. Unless it's this one golden retriever who tried to fight with the black and tan once. Anyways. I like to walk and sometimes jog. 2 miles a day. About once a week I do a 6 mile walk. I'm very active and we do lots of hiring in the woods. I have 2 1/2 acres if land that we will fence in before we get the puppy. I am looking for a dog that would be good in advanced obedience and some agility. I'm also looking for a good companion that is more likely to bond with me. (Beagles aren't very bondy. They just like to hunt) I've raised lots of pups before. I also am looking for a dog with a tail. Thus no Aussie. If you know any other breeds. I live in ky so it gets prett hot out sometimes. If you know any breeds that don't need trips to the groomers such as poodles or Maltese or such. Let me know. Also do you think a husky would work out? Agility isn't that high on my priorities but I would like to try it.
