If I teach English abroad for one to two years in Saudi Arabia, will I become fluent in Arabic?

So, my ultimate career goal is to work for the US State Department, preferably as a foreign service officer. I think teaching abroad in Saudi Arabia would be smart, since it will give me great experience abroad and the kingdom seems to pay exceptionally well. Living abroad in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Jeddah or Dammam, will I be able to pick up Arabic to fluency? Thanks!
