I'm 16 and I need a summer job help!?

Okay so I don't want just any summer job I want a beneficial one cuz I want to be a vet or something. Theres this dog groomer/ dog training place and I want to ask if I could get a job there but what could I do for them, do you think they'd hire me for something?
