I unlocked Paul Bearer (on SmackdownvsRaw2011 for Xbox360) but I can't find him on exhibition mode. How do I..?

select him as a manager (or, for that matter, as a wrestler)? I remember unlocking him when I did Road to Wrestlemania vs Undertaker. Now I'm trying to select him as a manager for Kane in a one-on-one exhibition match but I can't find him anywhere.
