Would signing a waver at the dog groomers also cover...?

The groomer's liability insurance would have to kick in if either you or your dog was hurt on the premises. You need to read that waiver closely to see who is paying the bill should your dog be accidently cut or injuried at the grooming shop,

I just adopted a senior dog?

The only thing I would add would be to get the groomer to try to clip out the mats if at all possible, because sometimes the hair does not grow back if it's shaved. Plus apply a sunscreen for dogs to the shaved area if he will be outside for long.

How do i get my rottweiler in a bath?!?

atm we just pour warm water over him in the garden in the nice weather, but in the winter we cant do that, hes not a fan of water and how are we supposed to get him in the bath? our bath is a freestanding one (one with 4 legs) and its quite tall, how on earth do we get him in it?! groomer wouldnt be a good idea as he has a fear of being touched by strangers.

Is accent the only way to judge a person's fluency in any language?

for instance, obviously the Indians, or Latin people have accents much different from the Americans/British. But if their spoken English is correct grammatically and they are really confident in conversing in the language, is it fair to term them people who don't know English just because their accents are not American or British?

I REALLY want to learn Japanese?

The older version of rosetta stone are fairly cheap, maybe about 170 bucks for all the levels. It works if you are committed to learning a new language and it's fun. If you can do an immersion that is even better, but not always likely for the average joe.

Two questions for dog owners?

i would probably leash my dog when she got out of the car but i know she would not take off after anything, she would just wait for me to leash her ... in the car she is free, not restrained ... but again, she is pretty mellow in the car and not jumping all over the place ...

My Pug Is Sick Again With Crystals In Her Urinary Track?

I've had my (almost two year old female/spayed) pug now for since last August. She was fine until I went away for a week vacation (leaving her in her own home with my 20 year old son who loves her, plays with her, walks her, etc.....) and came back to find that a day or two later; she was not peeing; except maybe once a day. After day two I called the doctor and got her in on day 3. She started developing crystals in her urine track; not a good thing, but after pee tests and anti-biotics; she cleared up fine and started peeing again several times per day. Then about a month later, same thing, went to vet, crystals present, cleared up.............by the way, I also changed her diet as suggested and everything else they suggested to get her to pass he crystals........and she was o.k....now, same thing...........past several days she will pee o.k. then not pee most or all of the day...........there has got to be something that I can do long term to help her with this problem. I've spent around $650 in vet visits, tests, meds, etc........in the past few months..........now don't get me wrong.....she is worth every penny and more...........she is wonderful! I asked the vet if vet insurance would be a good idea.......I had a long talk with the assistant and she said "no" in the long run it would cost more.......o.k............well, between everything needed to keep a pug happy and healthy (wipes for wrinkles, ear cleaner/swabs, special diet, groomer (I don't cut her nails, they are dark and I am afraid to make a mistake).........special allergy shampoo, etc............she costs me more than the rest of my family............lol...........once again, not complaining, I did my homework........but.............she is sick way too often..............Any help would be appreciated.......If I lost her, I'd be devestated!
