Dog with EXTREMELY flaky skin?

Have you been giving it regular baths? You should bathe it at least once every two weeks. And when you do, really scratch in the shampoo so that you're not only washing it's fur, but it's skin too. It's not the coat, it's the skin. You need to take better care of your poor dog!
