What to do after Rosetta Stone?

I recently finished my Spanish (Latin American) levels 1-5 of Rosetta Stone. I'm not quite at the level that I'd like to be at yet. Has anyone done Rosetta Stone and any suggestions for what I could do to increase my fluency. I've been watching some Spanish movies and tv too. I am having some trouble understanding native speakers, and all of their words seem to blend together. Thanks!
