When was the last time that WWE shocked you?

The last time WWE shocked me was when Diesel aka Kevin Nash returned at the 2011 Royal Rumble because nobody had seen Diesel in years and everybody thought he was done with WWE because everybody thought that he had re-signed with TNA a week earlier but then seven days later he shows up at a major WWE PPV!
