Would I be considered to be fluent in these languages?

Alright, so I speak both Mandarin and Cantonese (the latter one a little bit better). Numerous sources define fluency as being able to speak and listen to a foreign language without having translate it or think about it in one's native language. Well, by those definitions, I am fluent in both forms of Chinese. However, at the same time, I really suck at reading and writing Chinese, and while I can hold a conversation with ease, my vocabulary is somewhat limited. For example, I don't know the words for "camping" and "squirrel." So what would I be considered as?
