The best advice I can give is there is a credit card called Care Credit and they will lend you a large amount even with bad or no credit. You can give it a shot to help with your vet bills. I'm very sorry this happened, is it possible the groomer hurt the dog? I would get a statement from your vet saying the dog was fine before being groomed and take it to them asking for help with your vet bills, lest you take them to court. They may help you, they may not, but it's worth a shot, especially if your dog was fine before getting groomed there. Hell, you could even visit with a lawyer and have the lawyer send the groomer a letter, that might scare them into helping. I honestly believe something happened there that they never told you.
