I am looking for a job in Europe,particularly in Switzerland,but i am non-EU national.How is that possible?

As Switzerland is a non-EU country you will be ok on that count. The immigration policies are very hard there though. Your best bet is to get a job with a company that works in switzerland or a contract job.
