When you bathe your dog blow the hair down and with the grain of the coat. Do not fluff dry it up. You can also mix one teaspoon of glycerin to one pint of water and spray onto the coat. Some people will use a creme rinse solution too. Wet the coat slightly and towel or blanket the dog. Take a large bath towel and lay it over the dog. With three large blanket pins, pin the towel at the throat, under the belly and under the tail. You can leave on overnight or take off after a few hours.
