Grooming your dog help please!?

I wash my 7 month old puppy at home since I do want to pay a fortune for groomers. Washing my dog(with another person with me) I have no problem. The thing that I need some help or advice would be blow drying my dog. She doesn't like any sort of loud sounds for example the vacuum cleaner or the hair dyer. She would bark excessively at these sounds until the machine device is turned off. I was wondering how you would get my dog to stop barking and sit still at these sounds while I am grooming her and even cleaning my house. Thanks for the help. P.s. I know cleaning my house has nothing to do with grooming my dog. It was just an example.
