Am i crazy, or would this be possible in college?

i would like to definitely major in biochemistry or biomedical engineering. I would definitely like to do internships or other work abroad too, and i am on my way to fluency in french. i have always loved italian though, so i was thinking of making it a double major to become competent in another language. Would this be too much with a varsity sport as well? i am a rower, and i understand that the situation would be different depending on the school and the athletic division, but am i in over my head?
